I recently became familiar with what daily affirmations are and how they work. It felt so CHEESY and ridiculous, for a while. Like most things in the realm of self-development, it takes practice and consistency.
Now it’s not only a part of my daily routine, but something my whole family loves to practice! There is nothing cuter than a 2-year-old repeating ” I AM STRONG” in the mirror, and even better, you are teaching them to believe in themselves.

Visualize yourself embodying the qualities or achieving the goals that you have outlined. If you are manifesting money coming your way, visualize yourself swimming in a pool of money why don’t you?!!

For example, when my 2-year-old throws her entire dinner on the floor I repeat “I am capable of de-escalating any situation with patience and restraint”, instead of a cuss word.
